De eenvoudige boerenzoon Kam, een zeer bekwame Kung-Fu beoefenaar, gaat op zoek naar zijn vader die verdwenen is. Hij weet dat zijn vader contact heeft gehad met Iron Monkey, de legendarische held van de revolutie. Kam kan zijn vader niet vinden maar maakt wel kennis met kruimeldiefSiu Chun en zijn vriendin Xie Min, die niets anders wil dan wraak op Snow Fox voor de dood van haar vader. Een grote zending wapens wordt de inzet om het conflict tussen Kam, zijn vader, Xie Min, Siu Chin en de beruchte Snow Fox voor eens en voor altijd te beëindigen.
