Contrary to redsn0w's warning, you do not need a registered developer UDID. That's right, NO DEV ACCOUNT REQUIRED. This version is for all you Windows users out there. You really should get a Mac, but no hard feelings.
Only non-MC models are supported. If yours is an MC, you'll probably have to wait for PwnageTool 4, which I believe is being released on the 21st.
