What is the difference between retail & full ?No instruction for how to install. In the patch, whether to patch or register?

lol you basically don't know what patch is. You never register with patch . It automatically patches the license. When keygen is included that time you have to register manually.

Select any one of full or retail does the same thing. Install it.Exit idm from tray or task manager.
Now run the patch ( now don't comment it was detected as virus or malware or bla bla) click on patch, if it says target file not found then manually locate the installed directory of IDM.exe
