Install dotNet v3.5 WinSxS sfx.exe

extract 7-zip sfx files, default location is '%userprofile%my documents'.
run vbs file 'Install dotNet v3.5 WinSxS', script will write a batch file
which runs 'dism.exe' as administrator from the system32 folder.
files were taken from a win8 installation dvd sxs folder.
dotNet v3.5 will be enabled for win8 without internet.
