This is both halves of the third episode. The Wikipedia article about Lewis also states that the PBS version (i.e. this version) is edited to reduce the content by about 10 minutes as has been speculated here before. The video format is H.264 with the resolution set at 852 x 480.

Lewis's first murder suspect has served fourteen years but is in the process of being released due to errors by the police as the show opens. New cases arise that seem obviously connected to the released convict and/or an accomplice. Lewis, Hathaway, and Maddox (Hathaway's sergeant) work to unravel the mystery.
