        Yes, you have to have a CFW (That's custom firmware) on your PS3 in order to play any of these games. You can also use, or you could haven't kept up in awhile, TrueBlue Dongle to play backups. If you have to ask that question though (Do you need a jailbroken PS3) you probably shouldn't be here looking to download games. For more information visit TortugaCove.
