Indian ocean is a fusion rock band founded in 1991 in New Delhi (India). Their music is an experimental mixture of raga (Indian tradistional tunes) and rock spiced with jazz.

Current formation

Amit Kilam: drums, percussions, vocals
Rahul Ram: bass guitar, vocals
Tuheen Chakravorty: percussions, tabla
Nikhil Rao: guitar

Former members

Asheem Chakravarty: tabla, percussions, vocals.
- Co-founder of the group together with Susmit Sen, died in 2009 from a heart attack
Susmit Sen: guitar
-Co-founder of the group together with Asheem Chackravarty, left the band in 2013
