Trying a 40% speedup, since that also works out to round-enough numbers to stay within the precision of the filters so

as to preserve sync, and 40% keeps Imus more intelligible when he mumbles!

I've also changed up the resolution and encoding settings to get a good-looking video in a faster and easier to

download size.
