codecs and utilities. directshow ac3 and nero m4a codecs included,
see help files at C\:ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\
dBpoweramp Music Converter\Help\Codecs after installation. helix encoder
dlls msvcp70.dll and msvcr70.dll are included.

the cd writer didn't recognize the cd/dvd drives in windows 7,
which turned out to be an operating system compatibility issue.
the program needs registry settings added, which have been built in
to the installer. the registry import is included in C\:Program Files (x86)\
IllustratedBpoweramp\Registry Compatibility.

these installers were made with emco msi package builder enterprise 4.4.5.6491
in an oracle vm virtual box.
