It work perfectly! in windows 7 64 bits with Ableton Live 9 32 bits.

Create a new folder on the desktop. Copy the instruments folder there (bass, drums, loops etc). then, when installing dvd1, it will ask install location. choose the newly created folder. Do the same for dvd2 to a voila! Im also struggling with the authorisation though.
