1) run "UltraEditPortable.exe"
2) click on help-->register/activate...
3) in the activation dialog click on "activation"
4) another dialog will open and select "offline activation"
5) run the keygen and select "ultraedit u3 v21.x" from the dropdown menu...
6) copy user codes 1 and 2 into the keygen and hit "generate"
7) now copy the authorisation codes 1 and 2 from the keygen in the offline activation dialog and enter anything in "license id" and "password"
8) click on "activate" and you have the app registered... :)
