1. Run notepad as administrator and open and edit your hosts file in C:windowssystem32driversetc

1. Copy and paste the following entries on your host file

127.0.0.1 anchorfree.net
127.0.0.1 rss2search.com
127.0.0.1 techbrowsing.com
127.0.0.1 box.anchorfree.net
127.0.0.1 www.mefeedia.com
127.0.0.3 www.anchorfree.net
127.0.0.2 www.mefeedia.com
127.0.0.1 anchorfree.us
127.0.0.1 a433.com
127.0.0.3 anchorfree.net
127.0.0.1 rpt.anchorfree.net
127.0.0.1 delivery.anchorfree.us/land.php
127.0.0.1 hsselite.com
127.0.0.1 www.hsselite.com
127.0.0.1 http://www.hsselite.com
127.0.0.1 http://www.hsselite.com/trial/step2.php

2. Once done pasting the host data, save it, you cant save it if you dont run your notepad as admin

3. Install Hotspot Shield now. Close it and terminate other Hotspot Shield process using Task Manager

3a.Go to C:Program FilesHotspot Shieldbin and delete af_proxy_cmd.exe

4. Delete all files on your Temp folder(type %temp% on your Run box=Windows Icon + R) and recycle bin

4. Run patch (Hss_elite) as admin, when you run it, you will only see an AI image, click it to apply patch

5. Restart and just let it update

6. Just ignore if you see any Trial message or something similar, your status is still elite
