This is the final episode I have from this series How We Used to Live was an award winning British educational historical television drama. Production began in 1968 at Yorkshire Television studios in Leeds. The series traced the lives and fortunes of various fictional Yorkshire families from the Victorian era until the 1960s, in and around the fictional Yorkshire town of Bradley. (Source Wikipedia) 1967 - Flower Power Roger and Peter meet again in London and surprise each other. Roger has quarreled with his father and 'dropped out' to live in a squat with other students. Peter is in training as a police officer but will soon be returning to Bradley. He persuades Roger to go back with him. Joan is relieved but Michael takes Roger to task about wasted opportunities and the new 'hippy' lifestyle and the atmosphere is tense. When Roger's girlfriend Megan arrives, it is Joan who begins to feel outraged and Michael who surrenders to her influence and begins to sympathize with his son's point of view.
