These settings made my uTorrent about 20 times faster! I recommend it to everyone. Make sure you open the port in your firewall which is mentioned in the document. Seed every torrent as much and as long as you can! If people can download faster.. it means more seeders, which benefits us all ;)

It works all though I don't know how safe it is lol. When I look at the peers list it seems like it duplicates your downloading ports which makes it faster.
