The cover says its for 2011-2012 because the 2013 models were not out then, But they are the same exact thing.

Manual is in English and is PDF.

Sweet, thanks so much! My friend just bought a police recovery 2012 CBR250RA that has major damage to the wiring harness. I'm sure this is going to come in handy :(
