Notes: Tested all four files out regarding the Table of Contents and their functionality.

For the epub files I used Calibre on the desktop PC, moon+reader and Aldiko on a Samsung Note 10.1 (2012 model). For the mobi files I used Kindle for PC and Kindle for Android.

The double tapping the pictures on the screen in Kindle for Android works really well to enlarge the pictures. You just need to make sure the device is orientated correctly to get the best enlargement.
