Patrick and Maxine's vow renewal goes without a hitch but it seems Patrick's having second thoughts about framing Maxine.
After the ceremony, Maxine makes the lethal cocktail and Patrick requests that both Sienna and Maxine leave him to record one final message on his camcorder.
When they return, Maxine changes her mind about helping him, telling Patrick she loves him too much. But, amidst all the harmony, is there about to be trouble at the Blakes'?

Originally devised by Phil Redmond, who also devised shows such as Brookside and Grange Hill, the program is set in and around the fictional Chester suburb of Hollyoaks and is centered around a former 1950s technical college which is now a college of higher education called Hollyoaks Community College (often mistaken for the real-life University of Chester),
with the characters and main target audience generally being in their late teens or early twenties.
