Hit the Road Jack sees Jack Whitehall headlining his own entertainment series. He travels around the country taking part in a comedy tour hoping to discover the best that Britain has to offer, joined along the way by celebrities and comedians.

Jack is in Manchester where he is due to perform in a Manchester church with Freddie Flintoff and Maverick Sabre. Before he takes to the stage, Jack shares his experience of Manchester, staying with a local family and joining in with a cabaret night. He goes undercover as a music guru to discover just how far local bands will go in order to get a contract and be part of the great Manchester music tradition.
