This is a scan of a typical Indian printing of that era (which is to say it's pretty bad to begin with, and doesn't improve with scanning). Still, the content is interesting. The author goes through, asana by asana, telling what each is good for. There's nothing especially profound or insightful here, but it would still be of interest to a serious practitioner.
