HeadCat - Walk The Walk...Talk The Talk 2011 320kbps [ChingLiu] (Size: 65.98 MB)
DescriptionQuality: MP3 CBR 320 Kbps Release Date: July 5, 2011 Genre : Rockabilly Revival Label: Niji Entertainment Group Catalog # : NEG007 Scans : Included Time : 27:37 The following is a list of things for which to be grateful: adequate food, water, and shelter; the love of family and friends; a sense of purpose in life; and, Lemmy. Thank goodness that HeadCat, the rockabilly outfit made up of Lemmy, Slim Jim Phantom, and Danny B. Harvey, have released a follow-up to their first album. Walk the Walk...Talk the Talk mines the same vein of Fifties rock with some added touches, such as two original numbers and some forays into Sixties rock (The Beatles' "You Can't Do That" and the Cream interpretation of Robert Johnson's "Crossroads"). The musicianship is spirited, and bassist/vocalist Lemmy sounds like he's having the time of his life. There is honestly not a weak track on this twelve song set, but there are numerous high points. "Shakin' All Over" rivals the Who's Live at Leeds version. It is a blast hearing avowed Beatlemaniac Lemmy tear through "You Can't Do That" and "Bad Boy," a Larry Williams tune covered by the Fab Four. On "It'll Be Me," ol' Lem outdoes Jerry Lee himself. This album is a positively fun listen. At just under thirty minutes, it is short, but you won't mind playing it again. Tracklist: 1. American Beat - 1:44 2. Say Mama - 2:02 3. I Ain't Never - 1:53 4.
