Description

This is every single custom map available on halomaps.org as
of February 23, 2013. Enjoy exploring all the old, forgotten
maps by yourself or with your friends who also have this
collection. Never worry about a server switching to a map you
don't have. And help preserve a treasure chest of PC gaming
history.

INSTALLATION:
Each zip archive in the nine directories should contain a
.map file, which must be placed in [Halo Custom Edition
program directory]maps for you to be able to launch the map.

Single player maps must be launched from the console; see
halomaps.org for more information.

YELO - Open Sauce maps require the Open Sauce add-on for Halo
Custom Edition. Again, more information can be found at
halomaps.org. (I actually don't recommend this because it
causes graphical errors with non-Open-Sauce maps, but the
maps are here for completion's sake.)

Just be careful if you want to install all of the .map files
at once; some of them share filenames (especially different
variations of the single player maps, which are named a10,
a30, and so on).

Hint for WinRAR users: To extract multiple archives at once
with WinRAR, select the archives you want to extract in
Windows Explorer, right click one of them, and choose
"Extract here." For all you others, WinRAR can't be the only
archiving software that supports batch extraction. Search
online for more information if you can't immediately find a
solution.
