This is how you install this game:
Just open "GTA San Andreas The Overdose - Setup.exe" and click browse, select the clean GTA San Andreas folder and click extract. Once it finishes, open the folder which you selected earlier through browse and open "gta_sa.exe" to play the game.

And it is a fact that I couldnt come up with any other name for it.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

GTA San Andreas The Overdose will work on any computer that can run the ordinary GTA San Andreas.
With a better piece of hardware of course, the game woks much better.

MULTI PLAYER

I havent tried it yet. But I am pretty sure that this mod compilation will work fine with MTA or SA-MP
if you make certain adjustments with the "rectangular hud mod".

I havent asked permission from any of the mod authors about using their mods for this mod compilation.
So, I dont think they will be happy with all this and I am sorry to all of them.
