There are tons of small details that were implemented in order to make this mod fotorealistic: like small icicles that hand on various buildings and objects, the snow tracks that the cars leave and even the driving feel of all cars.

A weather control system was integrated in order to choose if you wan more snow or just a plain sunny day. Besides the winter related addictions, this mode will also offer new content like: cars, weapons, rims, sounds, etc.

It's a pack that contains a large number of enhancements and so on which you can install in a jiffy and start enjoying the fresh look of the city.
