Gta IV Tools and Fixes.

1)if u r facing gta iv errors like patch don't install
then u have to first run registy tool and selct desire location of game ad click add to registry then patch it will work.
2)if u have xlive.dll error just copy xlive file to directroy where u install the game.
3)if .dll eror occur then install dierctx.
4) this is the main point if Your game is laging just copy and past commandlune file to desire directory .
