Summary

Proper notes: NoTV's release again has bad IVTC and frames
composed of blended fields. The amusing thing about this
is that ABC Family broadcasts in 720p and has no fields,
suggesting some sort of cheating source where they are
capturing the decoded output of the set top box. We have
