The fourth installment of the popular series by Rockstar features improved graphics, new features, and new gameplay. Players take on the role of Niko Bellic, a rough-around-the-edge chap from Eastern Europe. Niko has arrived in America, in Liberty City — a land full of promise and opportunity. His cousin convinced him to emigrate, to join him in his mansion and life of luxury, but as soon as he steps off the boat, Niko discovers the truth about the American way. GTA IV reinvents the series with a renewed version of Liberty City detailed to the last pothole and rooftop vent. There are now four boroughs to explore plus extra area outside of Liberty City proper. With the ability to climb obstacles, drive cars, steer boats and pilot helicopters, the world of GTA is more accessible than ever before.



Editor’s Note: Don’t get too excited yet, read this first. The crack does not work completely. If you follow instructions correctly you will be able to launch the game. But the game is unplayable. The camera is constantly rotating, the controls don’t work, you can’t save your game because you have to be online to do so and finally some people report missing textures too. I have personally tested it and for me it does all the above except the missing textures, the graphics works fine for me. Anyway I decided to post this because it’s a small progress. From what I read these things happen because the game’s protection does not only check for authenticity when you launch the game but has built in security checks throughout the game but I don’t know for sure. This must be why it’s taking so long for the scene groups to crack it properly. This is some strongF*ckin’ protection. Anyway I hope a proper comes soon.

Update: All these I mentioned above happened the first time I launched the game. I launched it a second time and everything works fine. No moving camera, controls work fine but you still cannot save your progress.
