In een afgelegen hut aan de rand van een bos wacht een negenjarige
tweeling op de terugkeer van hun moeder, die in een schoonheidsinstituut
in behandeling is geweest. Wanneer ze thuiskomt, haar hoofd nog verbonden
na de cosmetische operatie, is niets nog hetzelfde. De twee jongens
twijfelen of de persoon die zich nu in het huis bevindt, wel hun moeder is.

In the heat of the summer. A lonesome house in the countryside between
woods and corn fields. Nine-year-old twin brothers are waiting for their
mother. When she comes home, bandaged after cosmetic surgery, nothing is like
before. The children start to doubt that this woman is actually their mother.
It emerges an existential struggle for identity and fundamental trust.
