Although at age 101 Tor is still a little young for marriage, the woodland Gnome has decided to wed pretty blonde Lisa. But the foul Trolls, the Gnome's ancient enemies, have decided to spoil the happy occasion by wiping out Tor's entire clan.

With typical clumsy cunning, the Trolls kidnap the newlyweds as bait to snare the rest of the wedding party. The tiny Gnomes must rely on their superior intelligence to defeat their hulking foes. Helped by the birds and the animals of the forest, they take on the Trolls in a daring rescue attempt.
