Series which sees Amanda Holden recruit a team of celebrity animal lovers who leave their glitzy and glamorous lives behind as they devote their time, with the support of the RSPCA, to finding new homes for the mistreated and abandoned creatures who arrive at Newbrook Farm Animal Centre in Birmingham. The volunteers include Julian Clary, Peter Andre, Chris Kamara, Coleen Nolan, Kimberly Wyatt and Denise Lewis. After an initial intensive training period with the RSPCA, they help the staff care for, rescue and rehabilitate the animals at the centre.
