The Ghost Child of Peru

This week GHI travels to Callao, Peru to investigate The Real Felipe Fortress. The huge castle was the scene of sadistic imprisonment, ruthless torture, and even acts of cannibalism. These horrifying events have reportedly spawned a plethora of paranormal activity in the form of disembodied voices, strange shadow figures and other events that defy explanation. The fortress dungeons, which were mainly used for political prisoners, were so narrow that prisoners were unable to lay or sit down. Guards would fill the small cells with up to 60 people at any given time. Prisoners were barely fed or given water, remaining in these cramped spaces for months on end. Hunger and desperation were so rampant that when a prisoner died, his cellmates would turn cannibalistic, eating the flesh of the dead. It should be no surprise that these dungeons reportedly have the highest amount of paranormal activity. Witnesses have heard desperate cries for help and have also seen black shadowy figures moving about areas that should be vacant. GHI team will attempt to discover and contact the remaining souls that still linger from the historical battles and gruesome torture at The Real Felipe Fortress.
