games for windows live is gone. It get me Games for Windows Marketplace instead. and because of that I never got this game to run for me. :(

Yes I know, I have win 8 and had the same problem. That's why I posted link above. Click it and it will download setup.exe for Win live. It solved the problem, I was able to run the game just fine.
