Instructions for working installation:

Mount the ISO image with MagicDisc or virtual disk program of choice, and install the game. Do not run the game after installation. Download and install the latest game patch from Microsoft, found here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/5/1/A/51A3F34C-E65D-47D1-9E28-02E3356FEC3F/GearsPC_TU3_Microsoft.exe
