WEB-DL sources are always superior in picture quality to HDTV sources. HDTV is aired in MPEG-2 while WEB-DL is originally encoded in MPEG-4/AVC (a much higher quality encoding format). The small size of this torrent means that the WEB-DL source files have been re-encoded (but again with MPEG-4/AVC), but should still look great. With the proper encoding parameters they could very well be indistinguishable from the original, much larger, WEB-DL source files. And they will almost certainly still look better than full-size 1080p HDTV encodes.

You're welcome! Unfortunately after comparing these to the (much larger) BATV 1080p HDTV versions, this version has more blocky artifacts. I think the bitrate was just set too low when it was re-encoded. However this version is also 1/5th the size of the BATV versions and still looks good.
