Game Maker 8 Decompiler

Say you want to figure out how someone made a really cool effect, but they don't message you back. You may not be able to ever recreate that effect. Granted this program breaks the rules of Game Maker, but rules are meant to be broken right? And besides, I trust you guys with this powerful tool. Don't mention my name, but do download! I do not own or promote decompiling other's games, but I am redistributing this as a tool for others to use, wisely!
