Apparently, this is the controversial ????????? (Foreigner Crime File) published earlier this year. It\'s considered by many to be a racist and anti-foreign bit of journalism.rnrnIf you\'re lucky, you can find copies on the shelves of convenience stores in and around Japan.rnrnThose pages were scanned by someone. They were then put by someonelse on flickr, from where I downloaded them and made available on torrent to make it a bit easier to download. They\'re here for educational and entertainment purposes. rnrnThe scan quality isn\'t all that great, but you can still read it with a bit of patience (and magnifying).
