Muammar Gaddafi was a revolutionary and then Libya's dictator from 1969 until the Libyan Civil War in 2011 where he was shot by a rampaging mob. He had been widely implicated in numerous Human Rights Violations, as a state supporter of terror and irredentist movements, the Lockerbie bombing, and several other incidents.

After the First Libyan Civil War, there was a second which began in 2014 and lasts until the present. It's currently unclear if there is a government in Libya. ISIL and several Political Silam and terrorist groups have been active and vying for power along with former Gaddafi loyalists.

Gaddafi's political philosophy, though obviously inspired somewhat by Marxism, denies the inevitability of class struggle, plebiscites and is generally somewhat similar to Pan-Arabic Socialism of the type influenced by Nasserism. Gaddafi calls it "Third International Theory" and this book is the foundation of the political system.

Presented here, is, as far as I know, the only scanned copy of Gaddafi's work from an original printed copy on the internet (versus the usual text copies).
