FSI Headstart Latin America Spanish

FSI (Foreign Service Institute) courses were developed to provide diplomats and other U.S. government officials with at least a conversational level of foreign language ability. They are useful for learning basic listening and speaking skills. Some are a little dry but overall they are effective courses.
