Sinatra's vocals are more up front on these mixes than on the official release. A wonderful study of how FS finds THE perfect way to sing a song. The Count Basie band is so "on it," that Sinatra has the room to really swing. It's a treat to hear him play with different phrasings and accents, even during the same take of a song. They don't make 'em like this anymore.
