I get no sound when played on WDTV gen1, will watch on laptop.

Hi again Sno, I did as you suggested and got ep. 5 of Hard, with the AAC audio, and compared it to ep. 4 in AC-3 - and you know what, I couldn't hear any difference! Maybe my ears aren't so very sensitive. I should add that I use a laptop with external speakers, and the sound is usually very good whatever I'm watching, although I find that with some things I've downloaded the audio volume isn't high enough, but I don't know if that's a question of the audio format - so, as far as I'm concerned you should choose.

I'll upload 30 degrees in Feb in AAC and see if anyone complains - if not - I'll move forward from there
