run 'firewall program context menu' vbscript to install or uninstall
right click context menu network management for bat, exe, tmp and vbs
files through windows firewall rules. you can choose the context menu
option firewall program block or allow to manage the file's access to
the internet, use 'shift+rightclick'. it is necessary to run the
firewall program vbscript as an administrator, contextmenu 'Run as
administrator' registry settings are readily available. allow will
delete the file from windows firewall, block will add the file to
windows firewall with advanced security for all profiles, for any
protocol, for any ip address, and for any port.

the vbs installer will write 'firewall program allow.bat' and 'firewall
program block.bat' files to the 'c:windows' folder, those files will
write two more files to the windows '%temp%' folder when they are used:
'firewall program allow.vbs' and 'firewall program block.vbs'. those
temporary folder vbscript files finally write 'firewall allow
program.bat' and 'firewall block program.bat' and run the batch scripts
through their context menu option 'Run as administrator'. the final
temporary folder batch scripts use 'netsh advfirewall firewall add' or
'netsh advfirewall firewall delete' to apply firewall rules for the
selected file.
