You Need Extra 18 GB Space On Your Game Folder !
Download & Install Python on your PC :-

Download FIX (10 KB) using IDM, don't open in browser - https://ia902609.us.archive.org/14/items/CPFFXIIIVIDFIX/CP-FFXIII_VID-FIX.py
move the fix file to "white_data" of your Final Fantasy XIII game folder
and then rename "movie" folder to "orig_movie"
after that run the fix from "white_data" folder and wait until it writes fixed cut-scenes to newly created "movie" folder.
Once its finished, play the game with cut-scenes :)
NOTE : You can either keep or delete "orig_movie", its your choice.
first You need to Download and install Pyhton on You Computer Download Links ( https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.8/python-2.7.8.msi ) x32 or ( https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.8/python-2.7.8.amd64.msi ) x64
-Download this files and Extarct them inside the game folder Dowload link ( http://dhost.arehost.net:9090/upload/51478FinalFantasyXIIIfix.rar )
-run the file “fix it.bat”
-Wait until it finishes
-That’s it !
