I did as told in instructions but after clicking Launcher.exe with admin previleges, suddenly it says "Fifa15 stopped working".... Why??????

i have the same problem like in the v2 update. the game freezes and/or crashes, mostly it just freezes in the initial loading screen(the messi screen), i have tried disabaling media features,sandboxie and disabling my anti virus , is there something i am missing? also when it crashes i dont get an error
thx in advance guys, btw i have windows 7 Intel Core i5-4200H
