Lol its a iso behind the rars guys , unpack with winrar to see the iso, you need img burn guys to burn the iso file to the dual layered disc whilst selecting truncate to fit the whole file on , but in saying that you MUST have your xbox flashed with the minimum Lt+3.0 or j-tagged :D This file will not play on a unflashed 360 :) Hope this helps , if you google lt+3.0 flashing service for your area you will see where to take it to have it done , its pretty inexpensive :)Last thing , download a program called abgx and throw the iso throguh it b4 you burn to avoid being caught on Live :)

By the way i didn't really notice it was a demo but that's how you make back-ups play on a 360 ;)
