Bud is having difficulty talking with the girls at school - the students think he is a snob. But Bud is not just having difficulty talking to girls, he is petrified. Jim finds out about the problem and tries to help. It appears that behind a Halloween mask Bud is much more confident, so he decides to have a costume party. But Jim has something else in mind to help Bud over come his problem.
