Fate Stay Night Realta Nua for Windows. The folder includes all three routes as well as the save folder with all the patches already applied (not including the H patch). The Vita openings sometimes don't work so you can remove that patch from the faterealtanua_savedata folder.
No need for any kind of installation, just put the faterealtanua_savedata folder into the folder where your other game save files and folders usually go and run the game.
