Encoders Notes
I dropped the source into vdubmod.
I lowered the brightness & saturation.
increased the contrast.
Then i de-noised it, changed the colors with a rgb eq &
used a color de-noiser.
Finaly i sharpened it.
Overal its prety good imo.
Ive read comments on others saying half the screen is missing :(
There are only bits missing for short periods of time.
