How do you guys manage to cut down on file size so much?

Advanced compression algorithm LZMA2 with large dictionary. 7z was always better in this regard compared to .rar/.zip. Could have made it smaller but i would have taken a fair amount of time and memory to decompress and it could have been only as a self-extracting archive, and people always freak out when they see an exe...
