The steps:
1. Install game (what else)
2. Extract archive with winrar or 7zip
3. Read # Installation Guide.txt, it have the serial numper. Just select and copy it.
4. Press WINDOWS+R and give "firerewall.cpl" without the quotes and press ENTER or go to firewall settings from control panel and then to "Exceptions" tab. If you have an internet security suite go to the firewall settings of that suite and find where is the exceptions.
5. Find "FarmingSimulator 2013.exe". It should have two entries, uncheck them both or double click and give them access only to local network.
6. Close firewall settings
7. Install DT Lite (free). Keep in mind for extra offers and click "Decline" to all of them (2 or 3).
8. Inside DT condole add mini iso from #crack directory and mount that image with double click on it. If you accept the file associations when installing dt then you could double click to the image from windows explorer.
7. Run the game from the desktop icon and paste the serial key.
8. VOILA! The game starts. If you want to delete the game or move the downloaded files you must unmount the image from dt.
This is what i did and it works for me. I check now if updates works. They should work because we didn't modify/replace/patch/crack any file. That's the beauty of mini iso cracks.
