Make sure there is at least 45GB of free space...
30GB(actual size 28.1GB) for the game installation and an additional 15GB(actual size 13.8GB) for the torrent....
I like to round up to the nearest 0 or 5 to accommodate for "the unknowns."
After installation is complete you can delete the torrent in your downloads (or wherever you have your torrents saving to) freeing up 13.8GB(aprox.15GB)
