Just use a firewall to block the update exe in the Uplay folder.

Shouldent be that difficult, since its been covered before.\n

Also anyone that downloaded and played any game released the past year whould aldready have done this with other titles.

And if you dont have a firewall installed, you are actually stripping naked, closing your eye's and bending forward in the "yard" after lunch of any prison of your choise.
